Kasadya run postponed to Dec.13,2009 to give way for the Red Cross fun run. Registration still ongoing at Abellana Sports Complex.

would it be advisable to join both the midnight run and the kasadya run?hehe

ReplyDeleteSure... The midnight run is just 4Km and with enough rest after the run you can easily run another 10K after... just make sure you don't dehydrate yourself after the midnight run... rest at least 3 hours and drink lots of water prior sleeping. Eat a light breakfast and you are good to go.
