MR. reel running. please give an advice about my knee pain, its started when i decided to join cebu marthon for 21k.. so i ran MONDAY, WED AND THURSDAY PLUS FUN RUN EVERY SUNDAY(I SAW YOU ALWAYS IN FUN RUN) PARA PRAKTIS. BUT UNTIL NOW CG PA SAKIT SAKO KNEE.. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I DONT WANT TO MISS ceBU MARATHON. SO FAR THIS THE BIGGEST RUNNING EVENT FOR ME AS NEW BORN ADDICT TO RUNNING... JUST CALL ME EKINBOY.
For starters i think you should load up on Glucosamine capsules a few days before the race... you can buy them at any health shop in malls... take 1 tab 2x a day or depending on what the label say in your glucosamine brand...
second, try kinesio taping on them before the race..try running them in short distances before the race so you can adjust to running with them.
last, what can make the pain worsen? or improve? maybe your running form is flawed or you are not wearing the right shoes... have you tried to have your feet analyzed at RUNNR?
thanks MR. reel... i ran this evning from 6 pm to 8.30.. murag ok na.. i used knee support then wla na nisakit.. im underpronate. im wearing lunarglide and i think its not my proper shoe but with the of use motion control and allow proper rolling of the feet.wla na nisakit ganiha. thank you for the vitamins na i need to take.. salamat.. see you.
